Pete is a man of many talents – in addition to co-hosting My Kitchen Rules since 2009, he is a respected chef, businessman, author and dad. He admits contestants will be put through their paces this series. But he says, if the food is honest, it will win him over.

While it may have become his catch-cry on the show, the French-born chef is still surprised by how often it is forgotten. He says the food is the star of the new series of My Kitchen Rules but concedes sometimes the personalities shine just as bright.
