In this Botched spinoff series, Botched By Nature, plastic surgeons Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow travel the country seeking to transform the lives of those who have been botched by genetics or a traumatic incident. In each episode, the doctors surprise their prospective patients with a house call, and embed themselves in the patients’ lives to understand the physical and psychological scope of the situation. The doctors weigh the possible risks and benefits as the patients embark on the ultimate cosmetic transformation.
